I cannot say enough good things about the two tours I took with this company. One was a 4 hour walking tour of Florence, and the other was a day trip into the heart of Tuscany on a bus. Each had no more then a dozen clients and we all felt that we had personal treatment.There was a small mix up with my original booking, but it was handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you to both my tour guides who were fun and very knowledgable. Thanks to Artviva for adding so much to my trip to Italy. Worth every penny.
